Terms and Conditions

  1. All information provided will be treated in strictest confidence. No school or Local Authority representative will be informed of any information provided.
  2. All payments must be made in advance. So long as the advertised service of one-to-one advice formalised by a written summary is delivered, there can be no refund.
  3. All advice given is provided in good faith. Any actions or arguments resulting from the advice is completely the recipient’s responsibility.
  4. There is no guarantee that the advice given will achieve a particular outcome.
  5. The advice given is non-attributable. As it carries no professional weight or legal standing, its source should not be quoted.

If you are enquiring about an area, please state. A reasonable number of address queries will count within one ‘consultation’.

Please note this service is not to replace official sources of advice (eg relevant County Council Officers) and I would always advise persuing these first.
