Graham Read

Graham has worked for a number of local authorities and is a former teacher , education adviser and education officer. He now operates his own consultancy business. As well as extensive knowledge of school admissions and exclusions matters, he has particular expertise and knowledge in the area of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and has managed SEN services for a number of Local Authorities over a period of nearly 20 years.
Graham has wide knowledge of SEN legislation, processes and practice and has represented a number of local authorities at many Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunals (SENDIST) hearings since the SEN tribunal process began in 1995.
William Allen

Building on a career managing education programmes for disadvantaged groups (eg. refugees and young offenders), William spent a number of years working as a manager in Hertfordshire County Council’s school admissions and exclusions teams.
William can offer detailed knowledge of Hertfordshire’s admissions processes and procedures and has extensive experience of admissions appeals.
As one of the managers responsible for setting up Hertfordshire’s new Integration Teams to support permanently excluded pupils and young people struggling at school, William has extensive experience of permanent exclusions hearings by both school Governors and independent appeals panels.
David Jones

David is a highly experienced educational psychologist who has worked both privately and for a number of Local Authorities for 30 years, including over 20 years as a Senior Educational Psychologist for Hertfordshire's Children Schools and Families.
He can offer educational psychologist assessments for either children or young adults on a range of issues including specific learning difficulties/dyslexia, emotional and behavioural difficulties, general learning difficulties and autism.
Specialist qualifications: MSc. BSc(Sp). AFBPsS. CPsychol.
